Pilot Study Results Spur Epigenomics to
Develop New Lung Cancer-Detection Dx

The pilot study shows that a panel of two proprietary biomarkers was able to detect 79 percent of lung cancer specimens in bronchial lavage samples with 95 percent specificity. The company will discuss the development of a potential diagnostic after a larger study validating the assay and the biomarkers are complete.
